Oh yeah we were talking about associates of Patrick and Moviebob which led to Lindsay Ellis getting brought up which lead to talking about former TGWTG contributors which led to talking about Dan CP Olson. I brought up his well let’s just call it “selective memory“ when it came to the sex life of some of his colleague. Naturally people were curious and thus I linked to his thread. Thankfully one of the more sane mods was in the chat and I got off with a warning.

Now that makes me wonder if their mods or other EFAP retards watch this thread or not. I would love to see Mauler try to react to this thread on EFAP and see how he handles it.

I think there's 3 moments that showed what kind of person Mauler was :

-The first one was the hbomberguy vids , say what you want about hbomberguy but that video was basically impossible to debunk because it was about how people like different kinds of things , he was trying to explain why the people who love DS2 love it.

-The second was that time he invited that geek gamer guy just to bitch about Jack saint

- The time he went on SOTY just to bitch about Quinton

So basically Mauler has 2 primary characteristics :
-He doesnt understand the concept of people having opinions
-He is an insecure bitch who never lets anything go

That doesn't sound too far off but I'm pretty sure if his fanbase found this place, then his follwers would flock here en masse to defend him. I wouldn't be surprised if he knew about this thread, I think he might have Google alerts in case his name pops up.

This is basically how I thought the first film should have ended. Arthur steps out into the chaos he created, and it takes him out because he, the man Arthur Fleck, still doesn't matter to anyone. Just the idea he created. His murderer is THE Joker.

Can't remember if it was mentioned in this thread, but he does follow all of the people they cover on EFAP and the peeps that don't like him, like Willems, MovieBob, Quinton, etc. Definitely obsessed with how people see him.

He's obsessed with people they cover on EFAP and waits for them to say something about him or something he can take advantage of.
It's weird to see someone so obsessed with the people who don't like him that he essentially follows and keeps an eye on what they say most of the time. Not even spergs like Sargon did something like that. There definitely is something mental going on there, I'm just not sure what exactly it is.

I forgot the exact reason he gave as to why he follows the people he doesn't like, but I remember it being something like "he likes to stay updated on them" or something along those lines. I really wish this thread would get moved to Lolcow, because he honestly is one at this point, and not too many people seem to know about him, I feel the more exposure on him the better.

Oh and here's a funny tweet from somebody during that debacle that Mauler retweeted, completely lacking self awareness since he's the guy stalking these people, almost none of them actually give two shits about his bloated EFAP responses to them.

How much of this do you think is intentional? I believe still that it's his desire to humiliate people that drives him to follow people he covers on Twitter so he can stroke controversy, play the victim, then goad his audience into validating his actions and praising them for taking his side and acting as if people were giving him shit for no reason.
It's a similar manipulation tactic to what Boogie2988 uses, where he'd start shit or do something stupid, victimizes himself, then praises his fanbase for supporting him and his unhealthy lifestyle.

I think he is doing this intentionally, he's not really that stupid, just a massive megalomaniac and egotist. He loves the attention and praise from his fanbase and all his internet fwiends that see him as this god of a critic, who's showing all these lesser critics what real critique is. He lives in a massive bubble with Discord and all the fanboys there, he uses the podcast and Twitter to peak out and take jabs at people he doesn't like or agrees with (I think the humiliation is a bonus for him), and acts all high and mighty about it, knowing his fans and buddies will suck him off for doing it. Mauler and his EFAP friends honestly remind me of Hollywood actually, a bunch of narcissistic hypocrites who chill in a bubble stroking each others' egos and shit on people outside of said bubble, and retreat back to their friends and loyal fans who will reassure them they're better than everyone else.

While following the Twitters of his nemeses is common for him, he's also quite skilled at finding internet nobodies complaining about him without tags. It's like he's not even trying to hide that he Googles himself constantly - it's all about defending his good name and work.

Why did they not want to cover them again after their initial stream?
I think Mauler and co. are running out the well. He hasn't finished his TFA series so he can't really jump onto a TRoS series, which is more topical and trendy. Either he does both at the same time or he waits until he finishes TFA and by then, a lot of people will most likely already have done a video on it.
