I don'r think this one's so bad. It's likely exactly what the client asked for. Luna Cobra pioneered the eyeball tattoo and is mostly known for his work in reshaping ears and noses to make people look more like aliens, so this is far from the most visually egregious thing he's done.

I remember stumbling across this dude a year or so ago, his goal was to tattoo his whole body blue. He does it himself in patches. He used to have a bunch of videos of the process on youtube but it looks like he privated them.

When those age at different periods of time/different placement on skin he's going to end up looking like he's made of patchwork denim. You can already see it a little bit.

That there is a good dose of Pectus Excavatum. Often found with conditions such as Marfan's Syndrome which also cause autism and impaired mental development. Which explains the tattoo.

This style is just super strange and unappealing to look at. I’m not sure of the artist who did hers, but the most popular one doing these sort of tattoos was “Little Swastika.” He did weird shit like this, and did several tattoo projects where multiple people created the piece..which is cool in theory, but the designs were ugly and as separate tattoos they look really strange. I think I read somewhere that he retired from tattooing, so we can all be thankful for that.

The dad also shoots porno videos of the mom and sells them on onlyfans as their primary source of income. That would be a weird situation for a kid even if the dad wasn't a certified nutcase who cut two of his fingers off as a gesture of devotion to the art of body modification.

If he were a bit more active online he'd probably make for a decent thread.
