To think some still think the right-wing media is worse. In regards to us trying to defend Trump's statements:

The disingenuous part of right wing bullshit like this is that, when we clearly see that Trump suggested that "injecting disinfectant" was something "doctors should look into," if the media doesn't quote the EXACT word salad that came out of Trump's mouth, the Far Right will jump on them and say it's fake news or he was misquoted. No, it isn't, some of us have command of English and can paraphrase and understand paraphrased things. This is part of the Right Wing strategy of spreading disinformation, Trump says something profoundly stupid, and anyone who factually reports what was said (or factually reports that the companies that make Chlorox/Lysol made a PSA to not inject/ingest their product, even though they did) is "fake news" and "a hoax.""
So apparently, we are the ones who don't have all the facts, or something, because we don't understand paraphrasing.
