I also believe that she took things that Bibi used to do for granted like general house maintenance. Cleaning involves a lot of moving and bending for extended periods of time which is no big deal for the average person but it is for Chantal. Something that would take an hour to do would take hours in her case as she has to sit down every 5 minutes or less. Not being capable of bending down to pick up things is also a huge handicap. There is no way she would power through hours of pain and misery to clean but if she did, she would feel even worse than that time she felt like she was dying when she packed her groceries. No doubt that she would be bed bound or chair bound for at least a week from soreness after that.
I will echo a sentiment that has been brought up before that Chantal will start resenting Bibi more and more as time goes on. He will be blamed for destroying her perfect little life where she did not have to care about anything. She could just go out to get food to gorge on, do her silly videos and fall into a food coma every single day. She can no longer to that now and has to actually pick up the slack rising up to the challenges of adulthood. Well we know how Chantal does under those types of circumstances: she will see this as unfair punishment and get angry about it.
