That's the problem with trying to objectify how bad something is.Who would follow these anal rules just to give an opinion? That's madness.

Homework? You mean like school? Sorry but school is bad for aspiring cartoon-makers.If Mr. Enter did his homework and played his cards right, Growing Around would be a success.
I meant as in did his research and planned his cartoon out more. He should have made a show bible.Homework? You mean like school? Sorry but school is bad for aspiring cartoon-makers.
In all seriousness though, at this point Mr. Enter would have to completely reinvent himself, admit his reviews are overly harsh and blind, actually study how to write and practice for years, learn how to draw properly and at the bare minimum make some comics or animatics and learn how to be a kind and pleasant person and network with people. At that point he should become aware enough to know Growing Around is a stupid idea but if he really still wants to go at it then he'd still have to re-tool it into a slice of life focusing on the core characters.
Ehh, even then I'm not so sure. It would certainly help if he had a clue what he was even trying to do, and I'm sure people would be a lot less hostile toward the idea if he cleared up some aspects of it, but there's still way too many flaws. As it stands, he doesn't even have an FAQ even though he constantly gets asked the same questions about what the series even is.I meant as in did his research and planned his cartoon out more. He should have made a show bible.
Even still, the best we can hope for there is that, once he sees everything out in clear view like that, he realizes how fucked up it all is and tries something else.I meant as in did his research and planned his cartoon out more. He should have made a show bible.
Didn't he say he had a current bible but that he wasn't showing it to anyone because ???Here's the one where he says the MLP episode gave him depression. Starts about 16 minutes in. He puts that instrumental all the creepypasta YouTubers use in the background of it for some reason.

It was years ago that he claimed this, and I've never seen any sign of one existing, nor heard him say that he has one since then. I think he just lied that he had one way back when to get people to leave him alone about it.Didn't he say he had a current bible but that he wasn't showing it to anyone because ???
I mean, he had a bare bones bible way back before the novel. And with all the scripts public I don't see a need for him to hide anything. I feel like Enter sometimes lies or exaggerates to save face. Probably didn't realize the importance of a bible until somebody pointed it out to him, then he realized he'd be a laughingstock if he didn't have one.
Also that thumbnail looks like Rainbow Dash is cumming on Twilight.
If Disney couldn’t make it work, there was no chance in hell of anyone else making it workIf Mr. Enter did his homework and played his cards right, Growing Around would be a success.
Works just fine as a horror. Enter should keep everything the same and market it as such.If Disney couldn’t make it work, there was no chance in hell of anyone else making it work
The problem is though that Enter would never admit wrongdoing especially if he has to admit that his utopia is horrifying.Works just fine as a horror. Enter should keep everything the same and market it as such.
He could make Growing Around be about a dystopia where kids are the bad guys and adults are the freedom fighters. If Disney couldn’t make it work, there was no chance in hell of anyone else making it work
South Park did an episode using the same kind of concept on that with "The Wacky Molestation Adventure". Don't think anything Entard could do would even scratch that.He could make Growing Around be about a dystopia where kids are the bad guys and adults are the freedom fighters.
The irony of his current situation6 in RM: "It's okay to be a useless freeloader, as long as you're chasing your dreams!" [The Groovenians]
The idea could work, but not as anything remotely appropriate for children. The only way I could see this situation working would be an incredibly surreal, R-rated black comedy about how children are useless stupid shits. Perhaps just by tweaking it and making all the adults manchildren, and showing what a horrible world it would be as infrastructure fails and people get into knife fights over tendies and blow all their money on fursuits. Actual children would barely exist and would probably die messily on screen (a la Kenny from South Park) just to highlight the lack of actual childhood innocence possessed. If Disney couldn’t make it work, there was no chance in hell of anyone else making it work
No, there is literally no feasible way to make this concept work. Not as a horror, not as a black comedy, nothing. The idea could work, but not as anything remotely appropriate for children. I said that it was MANchildren running the world, not literal children, and that literal children exist solely to be the butts of jokes and a means of pointing out that although people pretend like they never grow up, they're still adults even though they act childishly. That the entire point of this pseudo GA setting is that childhood is irreversibly lost with time, regardless of your activities or refusal to grow up.No, there is literally no feasible way to make this concept work. Not as a horror, not as a black comedy, nothing.
People bring up children of the corn and lord of the flies, but do you know what the difference was in those? A lack of adults. Once you add adults with a 2 - 1 ratio, there’s no way to keep kids in power. Even Enter’s child militia thing wouldn’t work because adults just plain have more experience, stronger bodies, and a higher level of intelligence. Plus, why would you just give up freedom willingly once you get to a certain age?
Any child run society is doomed to fail, and any kids ruling adults fantasy would never work without the magic. Even KND had the adults break slavery by spanking the children. And GA would probably end like Beware Children at Play.
This concept is impossible to work with. Period.
