I dont get it, I saw this tweet on /pol/ last night and they were having a good laugh over it.

When Joe was a Republican congressman, they found a dead intern in his office. The report was that she didn't die of a suicide nor foul play. The longest running and best theory is that ol' Joe liked rough sex and accidentally killed her.

I think Susan would be rough because of the Benghazi shit and Trump will bash her over the head with it, same with Biden since he was the VP at the time.

Joe can’t keep it together and Trump annihilated Hillary in the second and third debates in 2016. Trump would flog Biden like a rented mule in the debates, no matter how biased the moderator would be. A major strategy for Biden is to say as little as possible and have Democrats and the media do everything for him. If they want to invoke Obama-era nostalgia, Barack and Michelle are going to have to campaign like they’re up for election all for the senile white guy who likely can’t tell you what day it is.

So the DNC will either cancel the debates or offer terms so ridiculous the RNC will reject it. If it’s the former, they can say Biden and Abrams refuse to debate with racists; if it’s the latter tactic, they can say Drumpf was too intimidated and backed out.

I don't care how biased they are, the media will not let Biden skip the debates. There's too much money in those ratings, and there's way more infighting among Democrats this time around than there was last time. The rank-and-file journos will probably agitate for canceling the debates, sure, but the C-level execs are looking at dwindling revenue/ratings and have been doing quarterly layoffs for years now.

I understand and agree; my message was in response to those who believe the media had much of a say in the debate matter. The debates are an agreement between the DNC and RNC. They could go to any network and find some empty suit or shill to be the moderator. If they can’t reach an agreement then there’s no debate. There’s no law that requires it.

So the Democrats can easily refuse to participate in any debates at all and the media can’t do shit about it. They wouldn’t either; they would never spite the Democrats as retaliation either. They will continue to be proud bootlickers who will always fall in line. The media is the agitprop wing of the Democratic Party. If there is any Disney-owned media outlet that wants to grow a pair and force the issue, the next day there will be a House inquiry to investigate if Disney is a monopoly and should be broken up. One of the many benefits of media monopolies.

To shitpost even further, Nixon refused to debate McGovern at all. John Kerry and the DNC wanted more than three debates but Dubya and the RNC refused. When McCain’s campaign was going tits up after Lehman Brothers collapsed, he pretended to suspend his campaign to avoid an embarrassing campaign and upcoming debates but slunk back when people saw right through it. So yeah, even in recent history, people have fucked around with debates; there is plenty of historical precedent for Biden and the DNC to reduce the number or just refuse to do them.
