Imagine being so deluded that you think having your identity match your body from birth isn't how a mind-body link is supposed to work. Is this what untreated BPD looks like? His posts are so delusional. He says his SRS was a failure, he has a completely masculine body with broad shoulders, no hips, no body fat and he's never been able to gain weight. Says he's disgusted by his shoulder to hip ratio so he wears hip pads that restrict his movement and limit the clothes he can wear. He had facial feminization surgery but the doctor scammed him and just fucked up his nose. BUT despite all that he says he passes because of his face. And all of these problems of his aren't taken seriously by his family and trans friends because he "passes" so they don't understand why he wants to get more surgeries.
There is no way in hell he passes. His description of himself combined with the way men usually carry themselves doesn't sound like anyone would look at him and think he's a woman. This just sounds like his family doesn't want him to keep fucking himself up more and spending money he doesn't have. Like...he wants to get hip implants even though complications and removal rates are massive but he doesn't care cause he's "going to be miserable either way"

Post-SRS troons are very often textbook cases of Sunk Cost Fallacy.

They invested so much into it, their entire identity and mindset is based around it, they hyped themselves so hard for SRS, that they cannot accept even the most basic limitations of the procedure, like how you will never have the same sensitivity you had on your genitals pre-surgery, or how it's all very high-maintenance (dilating, etc). If they can't accept those simple things, the mere thought that the surgery may have flat-out failed literally cannot enter their brain. They would have too much to lose. The cognitive dissonance would be far too intense. You only see them admitting it when they break down completely. Usually anonymously, or through a lot of tears and cutting ties with the trans community.

It would be tragic if it wasn't such great lolcow material.
