I don't know anyone who defends GoT Season 8. I think pretty much everyone universally hates it. If my oldfuck normie parents down south didn't even like it, chances are the rest of the world doesn't either. Especially since GoT has pretty much dropped off the face of the earth when it used to be a cultural giant.

Not much love for TLJ either outside of twitter circles. And even then, the media appears to be starting to admit that it's shit.

What will kill TLoU 2 is its longevity. Had it not been for its existence, the first game probably would have had long legs in its cultural relevance if only for its performances and atmosphere. I know lots of people see the first game as a therapeutic look on the concept of grieving. That's all ruined now thanks to this very-of-its-time sequel with nothing but heartless spite fueling it. Without the timeless, emotionally evocative core it needed to reach people like its predecessor did, it's effectively destroyed its own legacy.

When woke shit finally, mercifully dies out, no one will remember these political dumpsterfires. No one will remember Druckman or Anita or any of the twitter goblins that run the show without love or earnestness. That's probably the most infuriating thing about the woke movement in media. Zombies don't matter anymore. Its all about lesbian romances, killing off the main character and somehow thinking that beating the everliving shit out of a 90 pound girl with a 200 pound 'woman' is more important. Especially when said 'woman' was going to slit the throat of a pregnant woman but didn't because her gay tranny companion said so. Said pregnant woman was also shot with an arrow, a modern triangular one, which means you need a surgical team to get the steel head out. Not to mention the massive amount of infection you would get. A single arrow in a post-apocalyptic world is a death sentence. Same with Ellie. Both of them are dead. Neither can survive the damage they took with the world the way it is.

In the final fight we see Ellie bite Abby, which would pretty much be a death sentence since Ellie's bites are confirmed to be infectious in the first game, where she bites David. Although she killed him before he was fully transformed into a fungus zombie, he was doomed either way.

The only explanation (aside from bad writing) for Abby being alive in a third game would be that she also happens to be immune, which would imply that her father, the dipshit surgeon from the last game, decided to not crack her skull open in the name of "science".

Yet Joel is the one in the wrong here, obviously.
