I don’t see how this doesn’t end in her cutting a huge check to whatever company makes the anime she copyright infringes.

Yeah, no way she’s getting away with this. I can’t wait to see the results of this lawsuit unfold.Considering how much additionally was being made on Patreon, I don't think they're going to just let her get away with it, especially with the sheer amount of backlash against her.
I'm amazed her channel hasn't been taken down.
If I remember correctly, she has somehow admitted that she has someone inside Youtube that ‘protects’ her, etc.I'm amazed her channel hasn't been taken down.
The one time YouTube should actually take someone down for copyright abuse and she's still up.

If those Anime companies get their way, that insider won't matter in the long run.If I remember correctly, she has somehow admitted that she has someone inside Youtube that ‘protects’ her, etc.
TLDR: She practically has an inside man who backs her up.
Damn right. If those Anime companies get their way, that insider won't matter in the long run.
It's because the videos appear to have been hit with copyright claims, not DMCAs. Claims don't put strikes on your channel and don't always result in the video getting removed. It gives the claimer all the ad rev from the video and they get to pick which countries the video is/isn't available in.I'm amazed her channel hasn't been taken down.

Would like to weigh in on this with a possible theory. It is entirely possible that the YouTube Insider interfered with the process and had them reclassified (from DMCAs to standard ContentID matches is my guess). This insider knows that if they reversed the strikes, then they will get into hot water with Alphabet, but if they reclassified the paperwork, her channels still remain up without any penalty to her. It's because the videos appear to have been hit with copyright claims, not DMCAs. Suzy says it's just a dang dirty troll blackmailing her but provides no proof.
