This whole thread is just dumb.
The texts would have been funny on their own but we have idiots trying to label shit as "simp" because it's the new it word that you'd throw on shit to discredit someone. Like how boomer & incel were & still are used.
It's not even funny because the people who are fucking with Dick aren't interested in making fun of his gay texts or his haircut they're interested in ruining him. People who treat it super seriously are just gay. I watched Drum's video & this Jesse sperg was clearly mad. He kept dropping bitchy remarks, tried mentioning some gay Patreon drama & using Dicks real name just because he wanted people to hear that shit so it would discredit Dick. Plus Jesse wanted Dick to read his texts while Jesse would be the girl in Dick's conversation (gay).
I also like the Maddox remarks. Let's say all the shit on Dick was true he's King Cuck Simp, he runs gay ops to take down Patreons & whatever else the sperg bitched about. Maddox did all of that but he is also ridiculed because the moron tried to sue people for millions over Internet drama. There's a valid reason why Dick would take it seriously & why he still mocks Maddox to this day.
Dick should have just ignored Jesse & I think he would have if Jesse didn't pull a sperg card trying to force this drama on everyone. Which reminds me of that Zoom guy who had funny stuff on Tonkasaw but made it personal & awkward. Personally I think Dick looked better than Jesse on that video & the gunt didn't need to interrupt to try & help Dick.
My Jerry's Final Thought is this: It's fine to make fun of shit on the Internet a lot of us are here for that reason. Just don't take it seriously or try to use it as blackmail because if you do you make something that should have been funny just sad.

That's stupid. Idubbbz would look like a total loser if he dug up dirt on everyone who said something mean about him because it would mean that it did get to him & he did care what everyone thought. I guess what I'm getting at is that while there's a thread about Dick here in off-topic it'll stay really awkward to have any normal discussion of Dick as if he was a cow, whether you see him as one or not. Dick Show fans here won't ever see him as one unless he really shits the bed in some truly catastrophic way, and anybody posting anything counter to Dick will be lost in a sea of people frustrated that the thread is veering away from show discussion. It's not the same as something like Ralph's thread where it can seamlessly alternate between detached show discussion and mocking his alcoholism.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing any thread made about Dick in the cow section will just get counted as a sort of duplicate of this one and be deleted, especially since there's already been discussion of the leaked texts on here. Not to mention the partial offloading of Dick discussion into the Ralph/Killstream thread. It just seems like a mess that will only get worse for both "sides" if Dick keeps making flubs and having confrontations where he isn't the undisputed winner.

You literally can post in this thread saying you think dick is a cow, and what does it matter if people disagree? What does it matter if your post gets lost in a sea of others? And I barely see anyone bitching about non-show content right now (all the Jesse drama), with the exception of people calling out posts that seem like low effort shill posts by Jesse. That part of this thread is so funny to me now, obvious posts by Jesse or his fans concern trolling or pretending 'I don't know who Jesse is BUT' have massively increased the pushback against criticism against dick, especially when it's on weak grounds.
The obsession with calling him a simp is hilarious too. So many people seemingly aren't satisfied just calling the messages embarrassing (which they certainly are, both in terms of content and the fact they got leaked at all), they have to try and classify Dick as the latest e-buzzword and go to war with people who disagree.

Eh, Toast's post about the thread being in multimedia is semi-valid to be honest, at the very least I got where he was coming from and there could certainly be an argument made to move the thread to the regular board and framing it around the community as a whole including dick.
But complaining about posting seemingly contrary opinions being awkward etc and how it will get worse is just a bit dumb. The threads here are better than an imageboard, but lets not clap ourselves on the back too hard. 90% of them are still filled to the brim with retarded shit and arguments, and this thread is just like those. Although, the recidivist butthole poster was a nice touch for a while, really made this thread stand out from the crowd.

I believe you didn't know who Jesse was just as much as I believe that as a longtime viewer, Ralph's scummy tactics on the show the other night was the last straw. As opposed to say all the doxing, backstabbing, pill and booze popping, yellling, screaming, threatening, and countless other times Ralph has just fucked over a guest on his show with 'scummy tactics'.
