When it first became clear Mitch had no intention of releasing R.R. in a timely manner he started receiving blowback immediately. The narrative he crafted with the help of EVS was that it was all part of some autistic conspiracy gayop to blackmail him.
Mitch quite successfully silenced his critics with the help of actual gayop mass flag campaigns while he didnt work on his comic and quit communicating with backers.
Only after the Walmart deal was finalized and Walmart handed over the cash did he start updating again promising that at some point in the future he'd mail out the books while begging for patience as he lined his pockets.
Mitch has so far successfully pulled off the biggest scam in comics, making essentially 200k from backers for work walmart paid for. None of the money he raised went to doing anything for the people stupid enough not to refund him.
He offered full refunds to anyone who wanted it after getting enough grief on twitter and people calling his office until he disconnected the number.
Mitch still hasn't been publicly doxed which is shocking considering the number of people he burned.
The people who are "happy" these shitty books are in Walmart before the hands of backers are just CG cucked sycophants. Everyone wants in on the grift and the youtube grifters are desperately trying to get everything funded to keep the pyramid from collapsing. With every Tom, dick, and Harry pumping out books kissing Mitch's tainted shit stained ass is just part of the song and dance to keep from becoming a CG target and hoping the paypiggies take notice.

IGG doesn't give a fuck. If everyone complaining was complaining to IGG that might be different but until then I don't think they give a fuck. IGG has it's money and they've covered their asses. This stuff happens often in crowd funding.

I doubt Mitch will ever use IGG again anyway because he's got his share of the money coming from over a million $5 comics and his IGG pay out now. If the Walmart books sell then Walmart will order another million or more next year and Mitch will be laughing.

I think the Walmart deal is a glimmer of hope and Mitch fucking over all his backers to finance his life while he chased the Walmart deal did more to save comics than Ethan Von Douchenozzle ever will. If the Walmart thing works (and that's a huge if) they and other retailers will be looking for more books to sell. That's good for the whole industry even if it's not good for the suckers who financed a sack of shit like Mitch to pay for it.

It's actually darkly funny if you think about it. Maybe the sperged out tard cult of ComicsGate saved comics after all. Not by creating a crowd fund model but by financing a complete waste of skin who betrayed them to get comics back into retail stores.
