They certainly no longer want protection against all rape based on lack of consent. This might had been the case in the first few decades after rape of every woman, slut or non-slut became illegal, as sluts were rare back then. But now that seducer offspring has spread they just want to be not raped by those they find beneath them. To them, being raped by those they find beneath them can be anything, even being asked on a date.

As for laws, liberals are seemingly obsessed with rape and how awful it is while liberal sluts give their pussies away to thugs who ask for no consent every day. This is no conspiracy, it's just that liberals are insane idiots.
