I don't think you quite understand what one can do with your bank account number. I, personally, wouldn't do anything, because I believe theft is wrong, especially when the potential victim is mentally handicapped. Others on the internet, like the aforementioned Chinese and Russian crime syndicates, are not so scrupulous.
