If you review the tape, you'll see that this was a misunderstanding. Look at his face when Dick asks if Zoom can come on. He says, "Why Zoom?" It's clear that when PPP asks if he knows who Zoom is, he gets PPP to answer for him because he's already exasperated with him at this point.
