Covid-19. Like, I literally have 2 new roommates so they gotta stay away for at least a week or two just in they're asymptomatic.
I've been randomly friending tons of furries for the past decade through TelegramFurries and TelegramFurs on FA. Before that I used the FurAffinity forum memberlist for skype contacts. I used the skypefurs groups on FurSpace, Furries4Life FurriesXtreme, and FurMe. And I get tons who add me randomly on facebook.
I talk about my life problems with eeeeeeeeeeveryone on my contact list cuz that's normal. People can provide insight. They do the same for me, they'll tell me their problems. That's totally normal. You don't talk about problems unless you want some help solving them.
I mean the first person to ever message me about this thread told me "Oh wow, I didn't know you played music! We should jam out!" You're trying to convince a professional actor that some promotion is bad promotion. I had to disagree.
Well here is the problem:
I can say a million times I'm calm and it'll get the "u mad? u mad? u mad?" reply a million times. I was on 4chan when most of you were still in diapers. Keep acting like I was born yesterday. Nothing on the internet makes me upset (other then the thought of KiwiFarmers reproducing. God damn, that's genuinely upsetting. Holy God, how upsetting that is.)
How do I prove to you that I'm calm? Do I need to submit a measurement of my heart rate after every post? Do I need to submit a picture of me looking bored and expressionless? You tell me.

And you see nothing ironic about the same people comparing photos of a toddlers with google maps images also calling out degeneracy? Let's look at the definition of degenerate: "to sink into a low intellectual or moral state"

Still, I DO notice there are people who are actively trying to hide seedier elements of the fandom with the purpose of trying to seek more acceptance. I find it to be IRONIC to say the least. When I heard Uncle Kage during his "Talking to the Media" panel talking about how to turn down media questions about sexuality in the fandom I thought "I don't agree." After I got universally positive feedback when I was confronted by questions about sexuality in the fandom from the two Canadian podcasters. I think there is a classy way to do it:
Absolutely everyone should join forces to track and expose any individuals who try and bring about adult material to platforms designed to be family friendly. But the fact some furries are so worried about their image to expose their friends, while KiwiFarmers are so worried about backlash from seedy individuals: All of it screams one thing to me:
Cowardice. Pure cowardice from BOTH members of the fandom and KiwiFarmers. I'm attaching my identity to my sexuality and to my opinions. I can't say this happens either in the fandom OR in KiwiFarms. This fandom really needs a Chris Hanson.
Anyone who is trying to control the information flow by hiding some information and promoting OTHER information is called a propagandist. Furries can easily be exposed as being propagandists, even as anti-furry propagandists in KiwiFarms are proven to be no better.

See, this is what happens when you don't tell teach your son "Lying is bad". They turn into this thing. Even more reasons to be upset to know any of you are reproducing. Feel free to be bully, just don't teach it to the kids. They are innocent. They are precious little angels. Don't turn them into little devils, they'll end up making a KiwiFarms account too.
