Okay, the problems are:

1. Finding a venue in LA.
Won't cost much to rent out a space for a night if you can't find a ticket, just need someone who can legally oversee the fight, not hard either.

2. Figuring out what the fuck "true Hollywood fashion" means and if PPP agrees to that.
Just that he wants it in LA so he can live it up with Dick.

3. Finding someone who can contract and hold the escrow that both PPP and Ralph trust.
Nick Rekieta?

I would also have him confirm that there's no legal or medical reason he CANNOT fight - e.g. PO, ex-felon, chronic conditions. As we know as the fight comes closer he'll try and find a way to weasel out of this.

Thought he finished up probation around the time of the Pillstream, but haven't been paying much attention to Ralph so he may have gotten into some new legal trouble i'm unaware of.

Really doubt this will ever happen but PPP might as well ride until the wheels fall off. Doubt i'm alone in never hearing of the guy before this so he might as well set the date as far off as he realistically can and take advantage of this new found notoriety.

Felony convictions put a bit of a damper on travel to any countries that aren't run exclusively on bribery. Ethan isn't eligible for a pardon for around 5 years and I believe the state that convicted him requires 1) a compelling reason and 2) a record of exemplary citizenship since the conclusion of sentence. Anybody can make up 1). Ethan is going to have issues with 2).

He's offloading responsibility for the simulcast to the theoretical venue, so for now that issue seems resolved.

Nicky won't work for PPP. He's part of the NP2 conspiracy and one of Dax Hererra's top capos
Or vice-versa.

Escrow is some real basic bitch shit though, any lawyer can do it.

He seems to be saying he is ok with someone rebroadcasting it, as long as HIS commentary is still included - i.e. he wants his brand on any re-broadcast.
He's saying he 100% will have Killstream commentary or he won't do it, but if PPP wants clean footage he needs to negotiate that with the venue himself.

Realistically this probably won't actually happen, but the idea of it is still amusing enough to follow the "negotiations" even if they'll inevitably lead nowhere in the end.

It's like a trailer for a movie that will never be filmed - there's action, there's suspense, a quick thrill of what could be!

I mean I'd go get my ass kicked if it was confirmed I get $8k. Although I feel like this might be tonkasaw v.2.0.
