You're going in circles, Ron. So, I can say Monica assaults children and that's totally fine. When I start telling people Monica Rial sexually assaults minors and they spread it on Twitter and start communicating with cons, that's totally cool, right? If those cons start dropping her because she hugs and kisses kids, that's fine. It's okay for Funi to fire her because it is true. She does kiss plenty of children and gives hugs without asking. It wouldn't be right for her to sue because there are photos of her kissing kids. Also there are plenty of videos of her on the internet saying inappropriate things and shaking her ass. So it is totally fine if she loses her reputation and job in a similar manner... huh?

There is no similarities unless you're lying about Vic. No two ways about this.

Also funny thing, someones lying in this lawsuit, be it Vic or you morons. Either Monica and all of funimation and con fans lied about Vics acts for 20 years to protect him, or you made all this up to ruin him cause Vic got more action with Monica then you ever have.

Could you point out where? I've done a word search for "Sony" and "terminate" and I don't see any language where Vic expects to be suspended or terminated. There's no matches for "suspend".

Let me try to explain it to you simply, so that even you can understand:

Scenario 1:

You say "Vic did very bad things and I provide details, but no proof."
Vic says "That's defamatory, retract it or I will sue you."
You respond "No! I refuse!"
Vic sues.
You later provide the proof, winning your lawsuit, but at the cost of $$$

Scenario 2:

You say "Vic did very bad things and I provide details, but no proof."
Vic says "That's defamatory, retract it or I will sue you."
You respond "No! Here's the proof I'm telling the truth."
Vic cannot sue, because there is no case.
You have won the lawsuit preemptively, at zero cost.

This is the same formula, but increase the number of $ it costs you by how long you drag it out before you provide the proof.

You weren't talking about HW or Cosby, you were responding to something about Vic. Why the fuck does Harvey Weinstein or Cosby "owe" Monica an apology? Is she gonna accuse them next?

You can try. People have been trying everything to hurt her, its sad, you all didnt count for the possibility you were wrong. Why do you think no one came to his defense? Why do you think she continues to get work? Its not all about the kissing of fans and has everything to do with the fact his behavior has been deplorable. If you have a job go ask the HR department how long you would be working there if you tugged a girls hair and whispered into her ear something like oooh its great.
