You still have to know all the shit the ABA says you need to know, just like you inevitably end up ending every question on every bar exam essay question in any other state with "Except for Louisiana where it's the opposite."

Also bankruptcy is still all federal, with state exemptions different in every state.

Also business law isn't really that much different state to state, even in Louisiana, where much of the archaism of civil code law has vanished with near universal adoption of the UCC. Even as the last state to adopt (most) of the UCC in 1990, that's still about 30 years of relative normalcy.

He normally only goes for 20 $ and higher as they come in, everything smaller gets addressed / answered at the end, so it's not like phil. I believe you are overthinking it. Plus it's not really a drama show normally (until this whole IBS spergout). Most of his videos as far as I see it are internet related law cases etc. I found it often very interesting as a non-murican.
