I know lawsuit insurance do exist (usually for profesional work like doctor, police, etc) but i just find it hard to believe it exist for private individual and thats its baked in some kind other insurance that you werent even aware of.

Did your insurance push you to settle before TCPA? Also what does your insurance covers if the appeals is succesful and your left with the full bill of your cost?

Ok, gonna actually be real here, and try to powerlevel as little as humanly possible while still saying what I need to.
First, I want to get it out of the way that I don't think experiencing trauma immediately makes you an expert in the subject. No, just because your school got shot up doesn't make you a policy expert capable of choosing which rights in the constitution really count.

That being said, when you're a child with a manipulative, abusive parent, one thing you get really good at is noticing them. They're really good at disguising themselves as normal people, but there's one thing they can never completely mask: the eyes. It's an almost ephemeral, indescribable thing about them, and it's hard to point out to people unless they also know. It's not psycho, bulging eyes, it's a much more subtle thing to pick up on. I had heard stories about my mother in law from my wife from her childhood, and sure enough, when I met her in person for the first time, the thing I noticed immediately were her eyes. She noticed the eyes in just a picture of my biological mother.

Ron, both you and Monica have the eyes of a manipulative, sociopathic abuser. You can try to coach your own body language, police your own speech with your exceptional faces all you want, but you can't hide that look in your eyes.
