I wouldn't be surprised if John has never eaten a slugburger in his life. It's more likely that he saw this youtube video (which was posted 2 days before his tweet) and just had to try and lord it over the plebs like he's been eating them all his life; which is hilarious because he still managed to get basic info like how they got their name wrong.
