I don’t think he was ever not smug. Even when he was hanging around with anti SJWs he was like that. He’s not totally gone given he got criticised for not giving a woman a top review and laughed it off (even if he did address the criticism in the most exceptional way possible), but I suspect he’ll get there eventually. He made excuses for Cardi B drugging and robbing people so that attitude will leech into his music reviews eventually.
