This isn't true. Ethan was a delusional twat before stepping foot into LA. He's tried pulling the whole "jokes on you I was just pretending to be re.tarded" nonsense before, but only his 12 year old fans believe that. If his old videos weren't edited he probably never would have rubbed elbows with YouTubers like Filthy Franky/Joji and iDubbbz, which offered protection for his brand (of autism) for a long time. His podcast is a glorious showcase of what a willfully ignorant yet confident assmad loudmouth he really is. I imagine that if the YouTubers he's collaborated with in the past ever spoke up about him they'd confirm that he's an intolerable and manipulative person at best. But do we really need that confirmation at this point? Watch the podcast where they interviewed JonTron. Ethan has said in the past that Jon gave them the opportunity to work in NY and that undoubtedly was the thing that really opened a ton of new doors for them. And how does Ethan thank him? Brings him on the podcast to talk about that exceptional "debate" he had with Destiny and makes him so uncomfortable that Jon's anxiety is palpable. If Ethan is willing to do that (with a shit eating grin on his face) to the guy who helped them move out of their hovel to achieve a greater level of fame and money, then I have no doubt he's screwed over anyone who has ever helped him. He's always mentally been a whiny child who throws his toys out of his pram when someone tells him what he doesn't want to hear.

Decided to watch Ethan's video response to Keem. Here's my points:

1. The usual "Duuhh I didn't say I said you killed Etika, muh strongman argument (I know it's supposed to be strawman but I don't fucking care since nobody uses it right anymore and just using it for the sake of winning arguments)". Oh fuck off, majority of the video was about Etika and even you said after Keem told Etika to go "jump off a cliff", he jumped off a bridge. And before this clip you even showed the stuff about Fousey and Bashur who are also suicidal, are you taking me for a fool? I like how you bring up Boogie for this one.

2. His argument about even though he indeed made a podcast about how he roasted Fousey, he did bring up a clip which he said Fousey is bipolar and he needs help. Okay fair, valid point. Even then, he changed the topic immediately to about how Keem "assassinated" him. I can go on about how anyone's a hypocrite in this situation but I'd rather not go further into this loophole. This part isn't bad from Ethan.

3. Elaborates more about the Bashur thing and more stuff like Tobuscus, DaddyOFive and Onision, all are unrelated to the response, just to point out there's so much stuff Ethan have about Keem but can't fit in one video ("Why am I still getting hate?"). Not sure why he wants to do so if he can just put it in the Content Nuke video to begin with. Oh hey, finally a mention about Pyrocynical and some stuff about Keemstar from 2019 and this year, so I'm gonna give more points for this. This is probably the best part from Ethan for this video.

4. I like how Ethan never even addressed about how he got involved about Shoenice, and just conveniently brings up the part about how Keem accused Shoenice of being a pedophile/whatever that is.

At the end of the video, Ethan implies he wants Keemstar to be deplatformed in the end. Frankly I really don't mind seeing Keemstar to actually get the LifeInATent treatment but as anyone else says in this thread, it will set a bad precedent for the future in YouTube.

Overall, I frankly find this video slightly better compared with the Content Nuke video but that's not saying much even though my major gripe is Ethan screeching about "muh strongman arguments". Keemstar's response video was expectedly not that great especially he's not really good at making response videos and the clips in Keem's response video aren't really putting him in a good light. Still gonna dock points for this for conveniently leaving out Leafy and GradeA.

Keemstar will slither out of this unharmed like he always does. His videos will be disliked and his comments section full of people talking about how awful he is, but they'll get bored and eventually everyone will move on.

Ethan on the other hand has painted a target on his back. His holier than thou attitude means that everyone's going to jump on him the moment he fucks up again.

It's because Ethan's vid had no bite to it. idubbbz's content cop had serious bite because it was fresh. Keem lost 300K subs; with the added help of the leafy and gradeA pile on. "Light is the best disinfectant" and all Ethan did was shine another light unto topics everyone has already seen--he was just retreading a tire.

I think that's why he put that Etika angle in there. He had nothing new, but needed something and over extended. When Content Cop was the pinnacle of YT content and it still faltered to take down Keem; no way in hell will an "exposed" video from Ethan from this year do it.

Ethan is no longer respected as he once was and I think he just found that out in the last week. He suspected it, but I think he truly sees it now. He's just generic podcaster #1080812 these days. He went from a mass following to a niche community and didn't realize it.

This will just help lead the case for Youtube to become the next "cable television" like they want to be and drop 3rd party creators. Personally, I'm all for it. Soon as we had people getting five million or even ten million subscribers the so called "fame" went to every ones head and now the only time there's anything entertaining to watch is when it's some small Youtube channel with 50k to 150k subs.

The Youtube "news" channels got hit a year or so ago pretty hard because they were sending out "fake news" and "misinformation", These drama, reaction, and vlogs should be next ones to go. They just ruin the platform for others and cause most of the issues.

Not sure if it's already been pointed out yet but Ethan Klein targeted a smaller youtuber called Gokanaru who produced one of the most comprehensive critical videos of H3H3 I've ever seen, the video has since been taken down.

While I wouldn't call myself a fan of Keemstar, I'm not really a critic of his either. Personally I hope Ethan Klein comes out second best in this online pissing match.
