Lmao if there ever was any proof Alex uses this shit as a crutch, it's that. When he was bitching to Mike Z, and even during the development of Yandere Simulator, he said that 'a user will never see this', yet when he got what he wanted - an audience unaware of his spergery and spaghetti, he comes into the chat to defend himself with 'but muh harassment!'

Alex also pulled the Yansim decompiled code again. But who cares, it'll be up again in no time.

As someone who has been as pathetic as him (but kept to myself) in past episodes of my life, I can say this is probably spot on for Alex. Having a PC in my bedroom has always contributed negatively to my life.

The claimant seemingly had to provide real identifying information to file this DMCA. This is something Alex would do and apparently has done in the past; I'm led to believe he got Rommel's YT terminated when he made The Rise And Fall of YandereDev which is why we now only have a Reupload. The way he writes also doesn't give me a sense of "is this actually him?" because he does write like that.

There's every possibility someone may have filed a DMCA under Alex's name because they have his personal details and copied his vernacular to throw him under the bus, but I feel that's less likely than simply just being Alex himself consciously taking it up to a platform's higher-ups to get it taken down. He wants censorship on his Twitter and has successfully censored his Instagram, so I wouldn't put it past him.

He's also DMCA'd that repository at least once before. So Github either took it down but the guy gave no fucks and just reuploaded the code, or the previous DMCA was shot down. In both cases, filing a second DMCA seems pointless.

Seems he's a bit on a roll right now. A user on the /r/Osana subreddit alleges that a video they made mocking Alex was taken down from YouTube due to a privacy complaint from a third party.

Even though I know this'll never happen since it would actually be a justified DMCA, but I wish the the Farms hosted YS's source code if only to see how Null handles the inevitable pestering from Alex. Null's an absolute savage when it comes to sloppy DMCA's, and watching him shut down douchey lolcows never gets old.
