At this point, I'd tend to agree. I would say it's just alcoholic behavior if it was a blackmail situation ie "Give me booze or I'll release this tape", but he uses information and supposed slights to protect himself. Maybe that's alcoholic behavior, protect himself, protect his income, but you'd think he'd want these people willingly on his side to make his show better. The Akira thing is especially hard to explain. Why would you hurt an income source? Makes no sense from purely an alcoholic point of view.

Ralph does do a lot of things that would be counterproductive for an addict to do, like the Akira incident as well as letting Zoom and his gang have free reign over Ralph's sever for months where they harassed Ralph's paypigs and fans with his approval. I have my own reasons for not being a fan of Ralph anymore but many people I talked to specifically said his association with Zoom was one of the reasons they jumped ship and I'm sure he was told that many times too. I guess we could chalk it up to lethargy due to his drinking but I definitely think there's more going on than just rampant alcoholism, self-destructive tendencies for sure, and he also definitely has some of the worst social skills I've ever seen. It would be nice to know what caused these addictions in the first place, it could explain a lot and maybe shed light on why he is the way he is.
