Containment What will happen when Barb dies?

Chris will never be homeless because there are epic trolls waiting to let him live with them. And it’ll probably never even come to that. Rocky or some other soft on the tards individual will probably walk Chris through the process of getting housing or paying for the mortgage. Even if he completely blew off the mortgage, he’d push it until the sheriff’s office forcefully has to evict him. And that’s all assuming he doesn’t die from being an unhealthy fat ass before then.

This is pretty much why he won't be homeless, he is going to have a place... if not his own, someone else's. I doubt trolls would be really willing to have him but there are some serious whiteknights who'd be willing to, at least for a bit, probably one of the "inner circle" people who he talks with.

Also, wasn't it stated that the mortgage thing actually has nothing to do with keeping the house or not, meaning he would be perfectly able to keep it anyway? And, as I stated before, his merge turns off whenever it's convenient which people purposely ignore, apparently so he won't have many problems with all this.
I only believe his biggest issue is going to be Barb's death itself which will definitely affect him a lot and it's what might cause him to do something stupid or dangerous eventually. Personally, I'm more worried about his pets, I saw one of his latest streams and those creatures were having it really bad with him (:_(

I don't think even Chris' most staunchest white knights would stay with him for that long. Throughout Chris's adult life, he's been coddled to the point of being used to it. He's just going to stay in a room full of crowded things for him to sell off, while buying more things. Chris will be passed around like a hot potato.

Bottom line, either Chris ends up in a trailer park or some redneck Villa where his troonery will get him a warning to cut his hair and dress like a man and once he says no and blows a raspberry on the maga trucker hat's wearers faces . Then it's a flaming cross on his lawn and a burning rainbow flag on his doorstep.

OR..he ends up in an apartment complex with gangbangers playing b ball in the courtyard and they make fun of him for being an impassable troon and laugh. Then when he tells them to back off he gets a gangsta welcome wagon by being kicked with air Jordans.

"officer, those ghetto thugs just ruptured some Sonichu eggs I was about to lay by kicking me in the pelvis. I was gunna use the martial art techniques that I learned from the anchunt Chinese fighting dykes called dyke-won-do, but I was bested by their brute strengths!"

Chris would be so absolutely terrified and freaked out by even a minute of homelessness that he'd be dancing like a monkey.

To be fair he already faps like a chimp, so we're close in Chris' natural evolution.

Think about it pole dancing to smashmouth

The second mortgage predates the fire; it was taken out at some point between 2009 and 2012. Insurance covered the renovation.

CWCki says it was mortgaged in 2009 for $130k. So the money Bob left behind was definitely from that, which we know went to keeping Barb from jail (which supposedly was 10's of thousands of dollars). I guess Bob and Barb squandered it before his death.

Honestly it doesn't matter what Chris does, or what Bob or Barb laid out for Chris. The government is going to do all the heavy lifting to insure Chris isn't homeless. He's indistinguishable from mentally stunted adults that physically can not think like an adult. Kind of like in animal farm where the animals couldn't tell the difference between the pigs and the people.

The government doesn't just give you a home. Section 8 is basically a slip you get that you have to take to a bunch of different landlords and hope one of them will take you. The vast majority will refuse. You're supposed to figure out the signs of discrimination look like so you can lodge complaints because there are laws to protect you but landlords won't follow them. Chris isn't going to do that. Even if you're a regular looking huwhite man, getting section 8 is incredibly hard even if you have the slip. The chances of Chris finding an apartment with section 8 is nill. And that's disregarding the wait times. In my area it's 5+ years. Some places it's 8+. You can prove your need for housing is urgent and they move you to the top of the list but it's still a long wait.

This is ignoring the fact that applying to section 8 is extremely complicated. I've tried to do it and I frankly fucking can't because it's so obfuscated, and my neighbors experienced the same thing. If Chris hasn't already signed up for section 8 and nobody has done it for him it's not going to happen.

Scattered across most states are individual 'homes' which give apartments specifically only to the disabled and elderly but the application processes are a bitch and again, years of waiting.

Oh, and when you find a place that accepts section 8, they're usually already full. And you have a very limited window to find a place and if you can't you're fucked.

Basically, the USA does not have much of a safety net, and what there is, is a joke. People in the UK talk about "carers" and council housing and institutions and stuff. It is not like that here. It's pretty brutal. We have loads of crazy homeless people and the number is only increasing.

That means it's gonna suck for Chris.

You have little faith in opportunistic slumlords that will bleed Chris dry of his tugboat?

If Chris got a social worker to help with his living situation is it possible they may also be put in charge of his finances? Or is his tugboat untouchable?

The government isn't going to go out if it's way to help Chris. It's not like they've got someone keeping an eye out for him, waiting for his mother to croak so they can swoop in and save the day. If Chris doesn't actively pursue getting housing, putting in applications, filling out forms, etc. (or have someone doing it for him), then he won't be getting anything. And as others have said, the wait time can be years. There are thousands of people with developmental and mental issues like Chris living on the streets because their primary care giver (like a parent) passed away and they couldn't take care of themselves.

I doubt Chris would, for numerous reasons. 1. he's too lazy; 2. He wouldn't accept it just like Barb would accept any help after Bob died (Rocky call); 3. Chris would fear that the tugboat would be whittled to justifiably and responsibly take care of any expenses.

Chris isn't mentally incapable of doing what it would take to find a semi-normal housing arrangement. He's just so fucking lazy he won't until he's on the verge of or actually homeless. And even then he just has to post some reeeing squalling videos about being homeless and some dumb cunt will fucking swoop down and rescue him.
