No, he's trying to force a new streak once he gets 100 with the vest with some other article of clothing he has purchased. Yes, but I think indirectly. She's probably grateful to Phil for giving her a nice place to live, and enabled her current life in Washington. Although, I wouldn't put it past Phil to give her some hush money to not disclose some embarrassing shit... there has to be some with how feeble he is.

Not quite. My theory is that any social media she may have is set to private so that exceptional people aren't able to find her or she has an alias which she goes by, like a nickname on a site like Facebook. Or, based on her family and people she's associated with, she may not have one. [No one close to her (5 people) has a publicly available social media, even Kat's residence still has her living in Gaylord, Michigan].
