He's been accused of being a specific ex fan with a recent beef against Dax (relating to his gf), who has been pretending to just be a regular ex fan only digging dirt up and posting shit 'because dick dared us to'. That dirt relates to a rumor that has been pushed by Dick alogs for years, and intensified even more recently.

While I can't speak for null, what a sane person would grasp from it is that this guy being a gilted nut hanger would be rather humerous. The fact that Dick immediately called him out before his sperg out also slightly recontextualizes the whole event to have a bit more nuance(most people not being able to pick up on nuance here). Also being mad about it being some jilted nuthuggers falls under "not your personally army" *slightly*.
