A tad off topic but with the known characteristics of coronaviruses, this IS spreading silently in the community - by that I mean infected but asymptomatic folk are unknowingly passing it on. The criteria for testing was too tight & many infected have been missed. A bit of PL, I'm almost sorry for that but this kind of info was a crucial & interesting part of a job I once held.
Amber is in 1 of the groups most vulnerable to complications of & secondary infections resulting from CoVID-19 or KungFlu, if you will. The specific reasons don't matter.
She would be best served by getting real about her dieting & dropping as much weight as possible as fast as she can. Multivitamins twice a day - at her size, she needs the extra dose. Get & stay on her feet & NOT in malls, restaurants or any shopping establishment. If she must go into stores, hand sanitizer should be right at the top of her purse & used often. No more touchy-feely. That virus can survive for days on some surfaces under certain conditions. She needs to bathe daily & the house needs to be aired out daily - a bit of cold air won't kill any of them.
In case any in the house get sick? For most, this is simply going to be a heavy, chesty cold. Lots of cough syrups & crucially, anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen because often, the complications kick off with an over the top inflammatory response. Being super morbidly obese, Amber's inflammatory mechanisms are already in overdrive & the added burden of Corona could easily set off a negative event cascade, resulting in death. She should be stockpiling cans of soups, pudding, jello; the soft & easily digested foods & juices/drinks that not only nourish the body but serve as comfort food. They need to keep the house, especially the bathrooms & kitchen CLEAN.
This is going to be a marathon, it will take time for this virus to make its way through the human population but make no mistake, it will do just that. Forget vaccines - they'll be useful a few years from now for high risk people & babies but no help now. Prep for something like this is common sense for most byut she's sorely lacking in that commodity.
For most everybody, living their lives, work, play, good nutrition, fresh air & proper amounts of exercise, stress reduction are the best preventatives. The supplies I listed & others individually required will see most people through this. But for Amber, Becky to a lesser degree & perhaps Eric because he stresses himself out so much; they have to be considered higher risk.
I'm pre-emptively eye rolling at what she might consider necessary prep for something like this - common sense stuff just isn't in her wheelhouse.

There is no amount of exercise and weight loss that could resolve that issue. The only thing would be skin removal surgery. Our gurl is headed toward expensive cosmetic surgeries. I hope that she saves as much money as possible.

Even if she did... she might end up like that one blond lady from Biggest Loser that worked so hard, lost all the weight, paid for the skin removal surgeries... and then the surgeries fucked her lymphatic system up so she couldn’t drain properly anymore and she poofed up like she got blown up through her asshole. Jacqueline? Damn what was her name. And I felt SO bad for her because she is so sweet and just busted her ass for years and... boom. Ruined by the thing that was supposed to save her. Also AL’s skeleton is 100% deformed. So I kind of feel AL’s pain, like... why bother? The ship has sailed now, her body is already fucked. Might as well go out happy, Hungry Fat Chick style. But own it! Show us those layyugs!!

The risks from the surgeries are not small but does she have much choice if she loss enough weight to reach 250 pounds? She is in such denial that she is still a dainty princess that would lose all the weight if she cut out a couple of crackers from her diet.
With all the talk about Amber's legs and deformed body, if she was looking at surgical solutions, how much would it cost? After doing a few searches I found the following:
Bariatric surgery: $25,000.
That would resolve her weight loss, but after this, there is a lot of loose skin that needs to be removed.
Panniculectomy: $12,000
Lower body lift: $8,000
upper arm lift: $7,000
Breast lift: $4,000
Lymphedema surgery for the legs: $25,000
lip filler: $625
So, the cost of her surgical intervention would be about $81,000. I am not sure if there would be a discount for her, but the cost would be massive. What she spent on Torrid hauls last year could have paid for the upper arm lift.
Of course, this assumes that she is serious about losing weight but, so far, it has not been seen.

My question is whether or not these prices include the hospital stays for recovery and physical therapy afterwards.
That may very well simply be a base price for the procedure itself.

Yeah, I also don't get sexual abuse vibes from her. Not at all.
But what I do see is someone who learned at a young age they had to self-soothe with food. She had a shitty start in life, and I honestly feel bad for her here. No one deserves parents that chose drugs over their daughter. She couldn't count on her parents for anything, but food, along with denial, could comfort her. But fast-forward 25 years and only coping skills she learned were stuffing her gullet, and insane denial of how crap her life was. No wonder she sucks at living.
She's never gonna self-actualize, and she knows all she's fit for is to splat through life like a jizz stain. And she has no interest in fixing her shitty un-coping skills because she only cares about relieving immediate symptoms (eat moar), and she surrounds herself with enablers who let her go on avoiding cultivating any long-term coping process. Congrats Amber, you grew up to be a self-sabotaging addict, just like your meth-head parents.
Anyways. I'm sympathetic to her back story, but she's still a shit person with a shit personality.

We all expected Amber to hit the Emergency Department sooner or later. Only health girls visit emergency clinics on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, we will not know why for at least 3 weeks. Nonetheless, Amber will still post daily videos even having to suffer from countless medical conditions. She is such a trooper!!!!
