Regardless of if he was resisting beforehand, Floyd had already been subdued, handcuffed and there were other officers at the scene. There was absolutely no reason to kneel on his neck, especially for as long as he did. This is as clear cut as it gets. This was murder, plain and simple.

Ya. Its highly doubtful, but if this dude died from a heart attack or the like and the cause of death isnt related to this abuse, it really doesnt change the cops handled this is the most poor manner possible.
