His skin color.

Tough on crime doesn't mean full force on petty shit like this.

No wonder cop distrust and crime is out of control in this country.
Cops are trigger happy cowards, regardless of who they're dealing with.
Like this story
>Cop goes to wrong house
>17 year old white teenager opens the door with a wii mote
>cop shoots him dead on the spot
>cop walks free

Keep in mind that white officers killing blacks only makes up 5% of all police killings in the US, for every story like the one in the OP there are 19 being hidden under the rug.

Agreed, its a vicious cycle. However the blame goes on the cops first. We gave them elevated privilege and power that is being abused. The people need to put them back in check. Ideally through peaceful committees, petitions and jpining the ranks but when push comes to shove....
Yeah, blame the cops, that makes total and complete sense.

There's not some group of people looking to capitalize on the political potential of this event, in the absence of facts that contradict their claims of systemic racism. All that property damage was justified because of a knee and stuff. You're not just some useful idiot being spun up to advance an agenda.

Fucking moron.

You can shove it bitch.

Bring your ass down where I am. 614 Ridgedale Drive in Richardson, Texas. That's about an 18 hour drive from your shithole.

And you better come unarmed. I see a gun and you go down the moment you step on my property.
Wow dude.

A second self doxing over a thread disagreement of whether the cops used excessive force or not.

I don't think much of this idea of online fight challenges. However, on the few sites where this happens, there is generally a rule that the challenger travels. So while it was really nice of Ivan Shatov to give us his address, or an address, it's not really on us to go see him.

Something just struck me. I was going over the thread and realized they had their knee on his neck and not on the cuffs, when they use stuff like...
so why not maintain control of the perp's wrists with that little groove? Slip a thick ziptie behind it and the perp's belt loop and have a ghetto hogtie.

But this knee on the neck shit? With cuffs like that, why bother?

All I know about this situation is that pinning someone to the ground by pressing your knee on their throat is a good way to kill them and not such a good way to restrain them. The cops in this situation seem to have demonstrated very poor judgement, and personally I think calling this a homicide of some sort is reasonable.

This can be easily settled by saying
1. No one deserves to have their windpipe stomped
2. The black community is very problematic, not all blacks, but a lot.
If you can't see things from multiple perspectives, then you deserve to have a thread here.
