The Target and Auto Zone that was burned down, are they going to rebuild or just demolish it and take a loss?

I imagine that space is going to be vacant for a while. Do they catch looters after the dust settles or is it just whatever?

A better message would've been to have all that anger onto the governor's safe space, show them they mean business. THEN see the response from that.

That's a pretty mature mindset, actually. I genuinely appreciate this perspective. You're right.

It'll be interesting to see how America reacts when the country wakes up in the morning and sees the full brunt of the destruction. After so many previous riots over violent criminals combined with the sheer destruction of this one I can't help but feel some people are going to be experiencing similar empathy burnout.

Demolish and take a loss seems the most reasonable. They probably don't want to be stuck in the crosshairs like that ever again.

Professionalism. Society gives you that badge and that gun in trust. And part of that trust is to use the power society has given you in accordance with constitutional law. Among which is the presumption of innocence. It does not matter if "most" of the people you arrested and were found guilty were black. What matters is if the individual in front you is guilty or not. And it is NOT the Cops job to determine that. That is is not a power we give the cops, thank god.

So you act accordingly. Your job is to get that person before the Jury to determine guilt. It is not to be the jury yourself. if you fail to do that, then you are a failure and should be treated accordingly. The only excuse is immediate threat to your life and that is clearly lacking in this case.

They aren't doing this because of what the Police did, not directly. They saw a chance to do some more looting and did it. Ferguson and Baltimore proved that if the Cops kill a black guy the entire city just gets to do what it wants for the next week with no repercussions to anyone except the business owners.

The lady recording this live is on Facebook, she's telling people to archive that footage. Does that website who is livestreaming the Facebook feed keep footage?

That's true. Looters would take any chance they can get to riot and then loot stores. Hell there could be a natural disaster where most of the town is destroyed and they'll still loot!

from what I saw in the vid prior, he decided to take a dive when they tried to shove him in. Before that, I could tell he was passively resisting or was on drugs, but he didn't walk straight.

I don't know if this is a power level or not but I just got back from checking out the """protest""" and it is a fucking nightmare out there. The entire city is covered in the stench of burning rubber and smog. The enlightened individuals orchestrating the riot are burning an active construction site so there are plumes of black smoke billowing out from the entire construction area across from the target and most likely giving everybody breathing it in severe brain damage.

The Cub foods is entirely unsalvageable. Looting it is impossible for even the most determined of melanin enriched kangz because the smoke is too thick. The tobacco shop is dead in the center of everything and still holding out because there are armed guards out front. The parking lot seems to have become a sort of make-shift party with hordes of teenagers blasting music from their cars and dancing while consuming copious amounts of alcohol looted from the stores.

The vast majority of the people rioting actually seem to be teenagers. There are very few adults participating in the riot. Also funnily enough only about half of the people I saw rioting were black. The other half was a Hodge podge of other races who simply wanted to break shit.

Surely you're just pretending to be exceptional. "Professionalism" won't raise your kids when you're gone. But for what it's worth what you're saying is 100% correct but it only applies when all of society shares the same values and has the same goals. Multiculturalism is anathema to that. There can never be common values or goals if everyone is from a fundamentally different "background".

I imagine a lot of those drivers are drunk; driving errantly. Did you see any car accidents?

Yes but now the Culture has given looters a free pass to do this EVERY SINGLE TIME a black person is killed during a slow news period.

During the Rodney King beating there was some reason to set shit on fire, there was a very clear miscarriage of justice, but that was very likely not going to happen here.

We now have reports of someone being shot, is that person going to survive? if they die the rioters now doubled the amount of dead bodies in this situation for no god damn reason.
