I don't know if he does this on purpose but I've take notice to his shtick.

PPP: Makes broad assertion or accusation.

Josh: Explains his position and why the accusation holds no water.

PPP: "I understand, but (reasserts his first claim)" or "I don't know, I just feel (reasserts first claim).

I can't tell if he's not listening or he's trying his hand at manipulation. He did the same shit on that stream with Jim were he spent most of his time repeating himself.
