I don't understand. If your angry at the cops, wouldn't the natural response be to torch the precinct and the officer's homes? How is targeting schools, businesses, and other unrelated parties supposed to further your cause? If anything, this is going to make people even less sympathetic to the protestors, if not hostile.

Also, laughing my ass off at people crying black lives matter as the protests burn down the town. I'm sure people will support BLM more when you associate them with people who destroy communities.

It’s a beautiful day in St. Paul. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the flowers are in bloom, and the temperature is fucking perfect. Only a little while ago, kids were playing outside in some of the neighborhoods, less than a quarter mile away from this:

They’re a good little store, too; up until the pandemic there was almost always a local microbrewery rep handing out free samples.

Hope nobody goes after them. I hate this fucking city.

Becoming a hermit is really starting to sound appealing. The older I get, the more and more ugliness and hypocrisy I see in the world. A nice quiet peaceful life up in a cabin in the mountains sounds pretty comfy right now.
Sure it’s crossed my minds but there’s no lolcows

who will I laugh at

for me personally, the first two buildings being burned down to smoking ruins was enough to go from "scumbag cop should rot in jail" to "joggers gonna jog" tbh

yeah i'm pretty keen on that too
unless it's something super sick like "autopsy found ruptured bag of heroin in his stomach and he died from overdose" i can't fathom how the video footage isn't enough to get a conviction for involuntary manslaughter at the very least

They could get criminal negligence and involuntary man, but that's going to be deeply unpopular.
'They' want a murder conviction, without understanding the definition of murder, and the difficult of
getting a conviction.

Cops use reckless force all the time, on people of every color. Sometimes, people die.

You can't get a murder charge out of any of it.

Reminder that this all started over ten bucks.

Floyd supposedly paid with a fake ten-dollar bill at some Chinese restaurant, the cops were called, Floyd was subdued, and handcuffed, one of the cops decided to slowly kill him in front of witnesses telling him to stop, and in front of other officers who did nothing, the cops then lied about what happened on the police report, the actual footage got leaked, and now the entire city is burning.

All over a fake ten-dollar bill.
Just like World War 1 started over some Serbian roach dropping some Austrian boomer 6 feet under for the bantz.

I really want that prosecutor to explain how what the cop was doing in the video doesn't point to criminal charges.

Do it.

Explain.
Most likely explanation? There is no way on earth the man can get a fair trial now and we need to make up a reason that normies will buy.

I woder how he behaved that the cops were called over this? Did he get belligerent and demand they accept it? Insist they accept it? Get aggressive over it? I mean other than the whole cop thing, why did this moron try and pass a counterfeit?
