Cause the knee probably didn't kill him, the weight was distributed across the shoulder and head at least when I look at it. As far as I know no cause of death was released we all just assume.

I'm not entirely up-to-date with what's going on involving that side of the story, and it the DA seriously said he won't be facing criminal charges, then that's totally fucked. However, if he's referring to murder charges, I can understand that. To get a murder conviction you must prove intent, a motive. If you can't, then you're stuck with either negligent homicide or manslaughter, and seeing how things are panning out just from the cop not being arrested yet...yeah fuckin rip Minneapolis.

because his cause of death probably wasn't asphyxiation. If they aren't charging him, that's probably why, and if that's true then that cop didn't really kill him.
