i know but that's what was said. it was posted earlier in this thread (but i'm not gonna go through 250 pages to find the exact post for you, sorry)
basically the prosecutor in charge of the case said "yeah the video is terrible but other evidence we have seen does not support a persecution effort"

Homicide and manslaughter are legal definitions, of varying degrees. The DA has to meet a certain threshold in order to charge a person with a crime and as someone else poiunted out earlier charges against the police have a higher threshold due to the nature of police in the US.

According to Performance Panels, plywood's spread rating is 25 or less regardless if it's coated or not.

Sad to agree but it's true. Regardless if the victim's black or not, and regardless if they're guilty of a crime or mentally ill or whatever, multiple reports exists where police have overstepped their duties and ultimately killed innocent men and women when that was unnecessary. Paul Boyd is a good example.

The only surefire way to prevent looting is to vigilantly guard your business with a deadly weapon and fire upon anyone who tries to break in. Even then, you will probably still be arrested for murder, like that one poor guy who had his pawn shop broken into.

This is exactly why murder in self defense should be legal. If a person tries robbing a building, you should have the right to kill them
