Tell me why people listen to this guy again?
He's not wrong. It doesn't even matter if there was no relation at all to what the cop did. Play that video in front of a jury, and you will probably get a conviction.

the corpse should be handed over so a proper autopsy can be done

cant trust these cunts, they could have injected chemicals into his dead body and said "lol guess he OD'ed"
Already happening as is the right of the guy's estate/next of kin for an independent exam

The autopsy does not absolve the cop of all responsibility in his death.

It says that evidence is not consistent with death by strangulation, and points towards underlying heart disease as the core mechanism. This underlying heart disease is most certainly exacerbated by the decreased oxygen intake and stress of the officer kneeling on his neck for 8 minutes.

A knee was also on his neck for > 2 minutes after he went unresponsive. That's valuable time where in-field treatment (BLS) could have been applied. It's also unlikely that continuing to restrict his oxygen intake after he'd gone responsive was helpful to him.

The cop's action and inaction substantially contributed to his death. His death is very unlikely to have occured without that cops intervention. Therefore, the officer still bears substantial responsibility.

Saying this absolves the cop is pretty silly. Almost as silly as burning down your own neighborhood to own the establishment.

Edit: Grammar
It definitely doesn't absolve the cop just like the landwhale's heart attack doesn't absolve James Fields. It does paint a different, more realistic and understandable picture of the situation though. Manslaughter makes sense, intentional murder doesn't.

idk, maybe the fact that the nigga was saying that hes dying?...

if the dumb shit just moved his knee he would still have his job, no one would speculate that he died of getting choked then
They say they're dying as soon as their touched. They always do.

There seems to be a load of protests in San Jose, USA. Quite a few hot giurls holding placards, maybe saying "pls don't rape me". Thats nonetheless still bravery.

I am a bit confused.

I thought you couldn't be guilty of both murder and manslaughter on the same individual at the same time?

"In many states in the US, manslaughter can be considered a 'lesser included' offense to murder, and the two are completely exclusive since the elements of the two crimes are practically identical but with a key factual difference.

"One could be charged with both crimes, but would only be convicted of one or the other. A finding of 1st degree murder requires a finding of intent, which negates the ability for it to be a manslaughter charge; finding a lack of intent necessary for a manslaughter charge would negate the intent required for first degree murder."

even that report said the knee thing was incorrect police conduct

if the cop wasnt so incompetent none of this would have happened
I can‘t say in particular that it wouldn’t have happened at all, but that cop specifically does have a track record of fuck ups (To put it lightly) from what i’ve heard.

he’s either incredibly incompetent, malicious, or both.

Because nobody has lied on an autopsy report before, right? Coroners work closely with PD's. Even if they found 100% that it was the cops fault they wouldn't admit it.
You're just being stupid, it's the same thing in the Freddie Gray case

Mosby's theory of the crime, which she crafted before the medical examiners results had even come back is that he was subjected to a "rough ride" and repeatedly bounced around

The ME found that in fact he suffered a "single high energy impact" and said it was likely caused by standing up in a moving van.

Which incidently is what both the cops and the other prisoner in transport said happened.
