He's not wrong. It doesn't even matter if there was no relation at all to what the cop did. Play that video in front of a jury, and you will probably get a conviction.Tell me why people listen to this guy again?
Already happening as is the right of the guy's estate/next of kin for an independent examthe corpse should be handed over so a proper autopsy can be done
cant trust these cunts, they could have injected chemicals into his dead body and said "lol guess he OD'ed"
It definitely doesn't absolve the cop just like the landwhale's heart attack doesn't absolve James Fields. It does paint a different, more realistic and understandable picture of the situation though. Manslaughter makes sense, intentional murder doesn't.The autopsy does not absolve the cop of all responsibility in his death.
It says that evidence is not consistent with death by strangulation, and points towards underlying heart disease as the core mechanism. This underlying heart disease is most certainly exacerbated by the decreased oxygen intake and stress of the officer kneeling on his neck for 8 minutes.
A knee was also on his neck for > 2 minutes after he went unresponsive. That's valuable time where in-field treatment (BLS) could have been applied. It's also unlikely that continuing to restrict his oxygen intake after he'd gone responsive was helpful to him.
The cop's action and inaction substantially contributed to his death. His death is very unlikely to have occured without that cops intervention. Therefore, the officer still bears substantial responsibility.
Saying this absolves the cop is pretty silly. Almost as silly as burning down your own neighborhood to own the establishment.
Edit: Grammar
They say they're dying as soon as their touched. They always do.idk, maybe the fact that the nigga was saying that hes dying?...
if the dumb shit just moved his knee he would still have his job, no one would speculate that he died of getting choked then
