No, it's thermodynamics. Calories required for a woman to look that well built and to exercise and lift sufficiently to become that well built > calories generally available post apocalypse. Also, roids aren't something readily available, generally, without the functioning industrial base that supports a sufficient pharmaceutical industry.

What kills me is that its so damn obvious that TLOU2 is just Cuckman's fetish narrative about his super ultra awesome new OC. who is physically perfect...and has absolutely no goddamn reason to exist in this context. I mean, the sole link Abby has to the existing plot is she allegedly was the daughter of one of the loony scientists Joel killed at the end of the first game and she wants revenge. So she gets revenge, but the moment Joel dies, she has no further reason to be in the story.

Hell, anybody who was even paying attention to TLOU2 might even theorize that Abby perhaps is under the delusion that the loony scientists from the first game were going to succeed in finding a cure or whatever it was they were going to lobotomize Ellie for. That would give her more of a reason to try and hunt the girl down as opposed to more revenge when Ellie didn't even kill any of the scientists, she's literally innocent.

On top of all that, there is ONE new zombie type revealed so far. Seven years and the best they can do for the hype machine is ONE new variation on the shambling dead?

Theres a fine line between killing almost lifeless and emotionless „vidya“ enemys and those that cry in agony and pain while being killed or mourn the death of their friend and companion in a realistic way.
Yes, in technical terms, this was done before.
But TLOU2 goes above and beyond to turn this into misery porn.

DA:I is not a good example, it's also a victim of forced "progressiveness" and has numerous flaws. Tlou2 sure takes the cake tho.

Fuck, depending on if it's a pre-existing rope, then the first Uncharted beat it to the punch. The only thing U4 changed was that you now carried around a grappling hook instead of relying on ropes that were already there.

Also, I found the rope-swinging mechanics in Uncharted pretty awful so of course they had to include in TLOU2.

The day I ever became a ResetEra neet over anything would have been the day I stopped using the Internet forever, but I guess The Last of Us 2 brought that out of me. It sucks that much.
