He was standing somewhere he was not supposed to be and then pretended not to understand the instructions he was being given. It is a fairly common tactic journalists use to create stories or make themselves the story.

As for comparison, counterinsurgency operation was conducted in Russia yesterday. I know that islamic terrorists and crowd of arsonists and looters have little in common, but still. If these thugs are actively putting lives of citizens in danger and don't comply with authorities, use of lethal force is pretty much unavoidable.

The Guard will never get issued live ammo, let alone be authorized to load magazines, load magazines in their rifles, or given ROEs for deadly force. Kent State is deeply ingrained in US psyche and the protestors won't escalate to the point of it being considered an option.

You're counting superstores and walgreens as foods and medicines aren't you. You understand that they have more than just food there right, you understand that we have images of people waling out of a ransacked target with fucking legos. I mean to some extent I agree they are picking up food but when the first things to be looted are T.V.'s and I-phones that argument goes away.

Black man is SCREAMING at the mayor, talking about National Guard shutting down testing due to bad/late results in the inner city at the old Capitol Court Mall location. Black man is not buying it. I’m just sitting her thinking about Rosa Parks and how brave she was. She actually stood up to real oppression and risked her wellbeing for the sake of her people.
Oh, and let’s not forget the complete badass that was Harriet Tubman, who despite having random bouts of sleep was able to guide many slaves to freedom.
Where are the heroes like that? Who didn’t cause harm but only sought to bring change?

The only "proof" is the one video of an extremely conspicuous dude with an umbrella break a few windows. Some people are saying the guy was an undercover cop from St Paul, but the I doubt that as looking at the pictures of the two side by side, the shape of the officer's and the lone dude's face around the eyes didn't look to match to me (the dude had more of sunken in structure, the cop, while his eyes looked to be deep in the head, didn't have the same structure). That, and he stood out like a sore thumb; don't know the weather that day, but no one else was wearing a long jacket AND a hoodie AND a full face respirator (I wear those at work. They are not fun to wear for prolonged periods of time). The St Paul police claimed that they're not the same person, but that's about it. Since no one decided to pin the fucker down and make him stop, we'll never know if it's the cop or someone else.
