first, surround the mob with police forces from all sides to cut off any escape routes
second, water guns to get them soaking wet
third, jam their phones
fourth, tear gas
fifth, make it clear that the only way out for them is to surrender to the cops one by one
sixth, wait until the cold, exhaustion and discomfort break their will to resist.

if they try to break through police lines, fight them off with batons, beanbag rounds, rubber bullets.
as they surrender, cuff them and put them under arrest for one or two days, either in a holding cell or an improvised prison camp set up in tents by the army/NG.

it's a slow process, but it's really fucking effective at breaking their morale and making sure they don't return for the foreseeable future.

There is plenty to criticize when it comes to the police, but making it entirely a racial issue is oversimplifying things and the idea that we should abolish the very concept of the police entirely is insane.

it'd be hileriously ironic if all the people who kept getting looted started counter protesting singing it against antifa. you know because antifa is about freedom from oppression but rioting oppressed the average working class. the proletariat. could you imagine the amount of surprised pikachus if min wage workers counter protest antifa. beside I got the first part stuck in my head. I think it fits antifa and blm and lefties are essentially the stand ins for the French ruling class everybody else presents.

So try to Stalingrad them, and then the Riot cops get in trouble for arresting protesters who got caught in the crossfire and go apeshit about that. Also the mob sizes are really big, enough to require more than they have.
And this is a police brutality protest so that would go over swimmingly.
