I absolutely think that a lot of this is partially motivated by the lockdowns. Lots of deviants are just using current events as an excuse to loot, and they are serving as useful idiots to those who are politically motivated and organized/those who have more sinister intentions against America's interests.
Most people with a lick of common sense predicted that riots were going to happen during the Summer from the lockdowns ... We didn't expect the first week of Summer, though.
