Unlike the rioters and extremists of the past who had difficulty keeping in contact with each other, recruiting or forming sympathy, they now have the easiest means of which to recruit and infect while manipulating footage and info for their own benefit thanks to social media. They'll have plenty of idealists carry on their torch even if this should "blow over". Also, anyone who believes in "muh pendulum shit so all this will swing back to normal just like before but more progressive and better!" is either delusional or a deceitful self-serving prick at this point.

SJWs love to use racism as a rhetorical airhorn. Invoke racism and you win the argument by default, the other side must stop taking or else you get to call them a bigot. But when you claim that you're fighting for basic human dignity and then turn around and declare that some people are not deserving of said dignity, people are going to get sick of your hypocrisy and stop feeling shame from your accusations of racism.
