Has this been posted already? I don't even know. This thread moves too fucking fast. I don't like e-celebs but Pewdiepie bucked the popular trend of virtue signalling hot-takes and actually spoke on the topic promptly, maturely, and in a manner that is completely non-divisive. He continues his recent hot streak of seemingly being, for all his faults, the only big time creator on Youtube who acts like an adult.

The top comments are shitting on the looters. I don't think these riots are being well-received.
total BS. he is still virtue signaling. if he was being reasonable. He would say "wait till the trial" we don't even if this guy died from drugs or the police officer.

So are the riots over? Which city is still burning?
Look into Chicago. To quote Broadcastify:
"PROTESTS BEGINNING DOWNTOWN. EMERGENCY CURFEW IN EFFECT. ALL CTA SERVICE SUSPENDED CITYWIDE. NATIONAL GUARD DEPLOYED. "
Update: "RIOTS: Arsons, looting, and attacks on police in progress. Live video at 6abcActionNews Facebook." in Philadelphia

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

It should be a law to make highway protesting illegal.

Yeah I probably should start archiving these twitter vids

Can someone help me with a boomer moment and tell me how to archive vids off twitter
Right click on the video or hold on it if using a phone and itll give you an option to copy the video address. Copy and paste into
http://twittervideodownloader.com/ and click download. Pick the sizzle and it pops up in a separate window. Click the 3 dots at the side of the video and an option to download onto your device comes up.

Only a retard thinks he died from drugs

If he died from the damage drugs did to his system, what exacerbated that damage and lead to death? The police officer kneeling on his neck

The idea that he suddenly died from the drugs, without anything the officer did to him mattering, is literally crackheaded lmao

I mean the only problem with burning down the precinct house is that it sent a message that the rioters could do whatever they wanted.

And it gives the defense lawyers an out, because of the breach in evidentiary control - if the video can't be certified as the original, or a reasonable doubt is established that the evidence was damaged or tampered with, during the invasion of the 3rd Precinct evidence locker, the video could be thrown out, during trial.

But thats based actually.

"BREAKING: Tanker truck plows into crowd of demonstrators on Minneapolis highway."

Another view of the Tanker

Now color me optimistic but "plows into crowd" is a bit hyperbolic and it looks like the driver wasnt trying to hurt anybody. Looks more like breaking on a tanker isn't the quickest

The officers are charged right now and will probably go to prison for it. So mission accomplished, everything afterward is just gratuitous.

When they set fire to the precinct house, I was kind of okay with that, not ideal but hey it happened, glad people got that out of their system, and at least their anger was appropriately aimed at an institution relevant to thier greivance, not like those weak school shooters who misdirect all of thier latent rage onto people who dont deserve it. But we've long exceeded the point where I'll give a pass for isolated acts of wanton destruction of public property. To hell with these malicious bandits and the "Peaceful protesters" who shield and enable their criminal activities.

Yeah, I agree with this. IMO police stations were the legitimate target of all these grievances. Even if it had gone way beyond the precinct where the Floyd case happened, even if it had gone nationwide, if 100 different precinct houses burned, that would have been a really clear, defined message of defiance about the police and how there's a level of brutality people simply will not put up with en masse.

Similarly, statehouses and city halls seem like there's some legitimacy for targeting.

The fact that the white left refuses to admit there's any daylight whatsoever between the views of black protesters who think police should be punished and shamed, and looters grabbing designer purses in a smash-n-grab, shows that the left is more "problematic" on their racial views than they'd ever admit. They think black people are all savages who shouldn't be expected to tell targets apart or act in their best interests. They aren't even allowed to say "many black protesters are doing something noble but a lot of people are just taking advantage of a free-for-all." They have to lump all black people together, and call them nobly-motivated regardless of what's actually in front of them, because their racial ideology says that races are monolithic.

So it looks likes the riots in Chicago are spilling out into the surrounding suburbs, just talked to a few friends that live there and several small towns/cities are having stores broken into/ looted/ set on fire and it hasn't even gotten dark yet. Almost all business's in those areas are closed now and some are barricading windows and doors. One buddy knows a police officer and from what he told me it looks like gangs are using these riots to organize looting with trucks.

This was happening last night with stolen UPS trucks pulling up to stores.

I kinda hope it does spill out to the burbs just to see Illinois go trump 2020

All the more reason to find and prosecute them for their crimes. As said just because I can understand it doesn't mean it isn't criminal, nor that they shouldn't be punished for it.

For every crime a proper accounting, isn't that what this is all about ultimately?
