almost like they had a personal affiliation with the group or something....

The fuck do you think you'll accomplish? You're doing nothing but making nice local cops uncomfortable and being a nuisance in public spaces. This question is pointless, as I think we all know the answer. All of this is simply obnoxious ego-polishing that would make a good instagram.

Nah, server performance doesn't affect video playback like that, as far as I'm aware. It can either be how the browser-player handles it, or it could be an error with the original video as it was originally uploaded/downloaded. I assume the Video Downloadhelper extension does the same thing as youtube-dl (what I use), so an error with downloading is somewhat unlikely.
Edit: Attempting to fix the video with FFmpeg does nothing, apparently. I uploaded the video again and it just doesn't work. Seems to be some issue with the video itself that makes the browser player act up.
