[8th March-2020] Twitter DMCA notices are being issued against DSP related clips

Why would the FBI or any international task force spend resources on a guy who is issuing DMCA takedowns?

"Well team, seems we got a big one on our hands here. Someone is targeting YouTubers and Twitch Streamers and making their tweets get deleted. I'm gonna need people on this 24/7 until we catch the guy!" is probably what Phil thinks is going to happen. The reality is that the more you feed into it, the longer he stays... and with Phil, its probably gonna be for a while.

Quartering did hint in his video that the FBI were already involved, but that's because this guy uses bots to spam discords with CP in order to then attempt to report and get the discords taken down. So I don't think DSP brought up the FBI on his own, but was following Jeremy's lead.

just a reminder that FBI deals with "cyber crime", incase anyone was confused about why the FBI would be involved

although for avatar DMCA crimes, it would be some junior office worker, and take maybe months-to years for it to appear on their desk

TBF, there's at least some evidence of this dipshit (Twitter DMs) trying to extort bitcoin payments for either "protection" or to undo a takedown from various Youtubers. The FBI is going to be a lot more interested, though still not that much, in international extortion schemes. Especially ones this easy to track down.

The whole Superhound being Australian was started by a user on twitter called @mbtrfo bot. The whole CP stuff was also started by him because some guy on twitter named Devilroku was being blamed for spamming CP he has nothing to do with Dominic and/or no association but MrBTFO took it upon himself toscapegoat the blame of someone else to Superhound because he saw the chance. I don't think superhound would be exceptional enough to post CP I'm sure he'd know that very well.. Either way the CP raid incident was an entirely different incident between a clan who had a fallout and mrbtfo took that incident to take advantage of it. As for the whole DSP shit it's crazy and alot of Mbtfos fans like ti take it upon themselves to point the finger.

My guess is this guy got into the kids DM and took the first chance to blame someone because he thinks someone raided him prior with CP which isn't true lol.. The guy likes to stir trouble just proving something and that this person raiding CP is a separate incident. The only law superhounds breaking is several DMCA's... The guy pointing and blaming has so far said it was either alexjapankid/jmaa/or some american/or zoom

So kind of weird how he twists it out of proportion just my angle.

In short DSP is also scapegoating these faggotry commentary channels are using this as a means to play who did it,

DSP has always been scum though.

Not only is he spamming CP (from what I gather) but what he’s doing, even wo the CP, is still highly illegal. He’s using a legal system to enact blackmail. This would be very much the FBIs interest (as there’s proof that it isn’t just in one state- each people he’s striking and harassing are in separate states). Now how serious they take it (before the spamming of graphic child porn, that is) would be up to them, but yeah law enforcement would’ve been interested in this period. Even if you’re blackmailing something stupid it’s still illegal.

I am thinking that DSP is now using Superhound to take my fellow YouTube Detractors down. Superhound appears and strikes down people, gets Phil's attention, strikes him down and Phil probably had behind the scenes correspondence with Superhound. Now Superhound is going after any and all DSP detractors, Phil hears about and suppressed it today the same way he suppresses anything harmful to him.

No doubt dsp spoke with the guy, as he would say "behind the scenes". I have no doubt they had a deal.
The only thing he doesnt realize is that if there are no detractor videos and restreams, he gets less attention and with that less money. How many troll tipers on LSB and Almighty restreams? They add up.

TLDR: DSP is stooopid!
