They act like they're the majority in the USA but they're less than 15% of the population.

I was listening to Hannity today; some ape was going on about how "Dey's mo' uv us dan dey is uv dem! Dey affrae uv us!" No, you ignorant chimp, there aren't more of you than there are of us. You're a minority. A significant minority. If this was a home college football game, Whitey vs. Blackie, you wouldn't be your college's student section, you'd be the band compared to the rest of the crowd in the stadium.

I mean, I agree that power structures have to change, and I agree that white people have to change; and I believe that it is inadequate. But I feel me and Mrs Rowling would disagree on what exactly should change.

I hate to side with a black man on this, but regardless of if he died of heart failure, or OD'd or whatever. The man was cuffed by the cops, and they had a duty of care while he is under arrest and - regardless of the law - I would say that they were morally responsible for his death. Once they intervened with him they had a duty for that mans health. It doesn't justify the riots and the man was a criminal; but his death is their fault.
Agreed. The cops are responsible for the man's death, but that's no reason to set the country on fire.

Protesters are shooting themselves in the foot. These riots are going to make racial relations worse. Whites will become nervous around blacks, blacks will remain nervous around whites, cops will become more nervous around blacks and thus more likely to get trigger happy and kill innocents. This event will bolster racism. It's also going to make people want to buy guns for protection in case this happens again.

So let me get this straight:

a) the guy was on drugs, the police restraint cause increased stress on his already buzzing heart and he had a heart attack. No damage to his neck but the general stress of the situation was still enough to label the thing a homicide as if he wasn't restrained so badly he wouldn't have had the stress on his heart.

b) the force of the cop's knee crushed the guy's neck plus the pressure on his back from other officers. He suffocated and died, directly the officer's fault and a homicide.

One has to be lying, but either way the answer is still it's homicide? To me it sounds like if the family waited a little longer there would still be enough evidence that it was the cop's fault he died in the first place.

Now someone has lied somewhere and it's gonna turn into even more of a shit show just though people trying to prove or disprove if this is some inside coverup by the police/government or if it's a payed for lie to try and prove a point on race politics. Brilliant.
It's also remotely possible that there's a legitimate difference of opinion between two qualified pathologists about how to interpret the evidence. But yeah, probably the guy who works for the state wants to deflect as much blame from the police as possible, and the guy who's being paid by the family of the deceased wants to present the findings they're paying him to deliver.

A united citizenry is far harder to control than a divided one.

Alright; So what happens in 2024 when Trump is gone? Or perhaps the better way to phrase this question is what happens when the democrats eventually take power again?
I still believe people can work together. We don't have to be best friends but we need to get back to being able to govern.

The last decade has been just awful but unfortunately a lot of people don't seem to be tired of it. But I don't let that get me down too much, I still keep trying and behave properly to the people in my life. And I encounter enough people that reciprocate and appreciate to continue behaving that way.

It's kind of justified to be nervous around these people if this is how they are behaving.

This was Dublin, Ireland today.

I try not to show my power level too much but considering how much social media is praising them, fuck it. I'm fucking disgusted by any person who came out today to protest over this shit. What happened to George Floyd was horrific but there is no need for Irish people to stand in solidarity.

We're doing really good getting COVID numbers down, today we had 1 death and 66 cases. And these fuckers are going to ruin everything. People are going to die because of these selfish cunts trying to get woke points, and the country's 5 phase plan for re-opening is going to be set back months. With the current restrictions I wouldnt be able to see my girlfriend till August. With a mass gathering of this size, and most cases being in Dublin I likely won't be able to see her till October if this fucks everything up.

It's been three months of a tough lockdown and these D4 pricks have ruined it for everyone.
