How more entitled can you get?
This reads like a D- paper in social studies 101.

And thereby proving themselves to be nothing more than mindless NPCs.
Literally one artist I used to follow reblogged something relating to BLM and how every commission another artist had would go to BLM charities, etc.
Jesus, such a freak out.
Can someone explain why this was the limit? Like weren’t there past injustices before? Why the fuck the corporations didn’t care then? Like I’m seriously confused?

Is the officer being charged with felony murder? I am not a criminal law expert, but it is my understanding that the tort law principle of the eggshell skull can be applied in felony murder cases where intent does not need to be proven (as in Brackett v Peters), but it would not necessarily be applicable if the charge requires intent to kill as part of its definition.
Could someone with more subject-specific knowledge confirm that this is a correct understanding, and that the eggshell principle could be applied here under Minnesota state law?
Nick Rekieta is going to be covering this on his stream tonight. Considering he's a criminal defense lawyer in Minnesota, he's in his element for once.
