Heckler and Koch and Sig Sauer are typically nice reliable guns, but they can sometimes fall on the higher end of the price spectrum. CZ (Česká zbrojovka) offers some really nice stuff for reasonable prices. Their vz.58 hardly gets enough praise IMO. Plus there's lots of aftermarket mods and accessories if you're into that.

Large cities already have areas like that. They always "vote" Democrat and have guaranteed safe seats for all kinds of Democratic political office holders.

Urbanism is unfortunately going to be dead for awhile, as combined with the Corona + Cost of Living triple-whammy, people will likely reconsider city living and decide to move to suburbs and exclaves.

This is a huge tragedy as cities were America's cultural centres and places where its most impressive heritage could be still be found- and many were only beginning to bounce back in the last decade or so.

Black neighborhoods are going to be even more impoverished after this, as retailers will likely reconsider their deployment and independent retailers will be gone entirely.

I thought a big reason why people in cities don't immediately move to the suburbs was because suburban living is significantly more expensive.

I wonder if she was even in the country in 1992; when the Mexican residents moved in and started looting and destroying shit. Yeah Rodney King and the black community is what started it; but there were plenty of burritos who decided to cash in on the opportunity and get theirs. There's a documentary about the Roof Koreans called "25 years later" and in it, they recount that while there were blacks; they were getting a lot of shit from the hispanics. There's also the fact that the illegals have been settling in historically black communities, then doing their gang shit and chasing the blacks out.
