So how does one "keep the peace" as it goes; you let people know you have no problem wiping out their entire bloodline.

This removes agency from the people committing crimes against American citizens. These are people making concious decisions to harm others. You can call them animals all you want, but the state has legislated that they are to be considered equal to the taxpayer.

It's easy to stick your head in the sand and say you're not on a political spectrum from the comfort of your keyboard, but eventually the day will come where you are forced into a political position and you can bet it won't be one you like.

I hope that day doesn't ever come for you, but for the past four nights, many apolitical Americans have had their stances decided for them, with bricks, cars, fire, guns and knives.

Oh believe me, I'm far from "sticking head in the sand" type, I am aware of what is occurring, I am concerned over the possibility of reaching my area, I hope it doesn't. However with that said, I am more than willing to defend myself and my family, should the need arise. That being said, defending oneself and choosing a political stance are two different things. I think what happened to George is indeed a downright deplorable act, but at the same time, I've never been one to do protesting shtick. Additionally, it's always good to try to keep a clear head, cause in this situation, the worse thing is to lose sight of the bigger picture and what you believe in. You could consider it a type of indifference while also acknowledging that they exist, but at the same time, not involving myself into that can of worms due to how absolutely plagued in stupidity it is.
