But in voice acting, it's purely the voice work. That's how white Chris Sabat can play Garterbelt in Panty And Stocking or how black Dani Chambers can play Japanese Chise from Ancient Magus' Bride. If their voice fits and they're not a jackass, give them the job. If they don't, don't.
