There’s an article from the Minneapolis Star Tribune way way back on the morning after the first riot about the small businesses affected. One was an auto shop. The owner talked about how anything his employees kept at the shop— namely their work tools— that were either ruined or stolen were a complete loss as insurance didn’t cover those kinds of personal items.
